This document is applicable to users who have installed the Data Portal plugin to learn plugin functions.

Function Description
This document introduces how to use Bulletin Board component in the data portal dashboard.
Adding a Component
Log in to the decision-making platform as admin, choose System Management > Data Portal > Portal Management, and click Add Portal to create a data portal dashboard.
On the data portal editing page, click Portal Component, and click/drag Bulletin Board component to the data portal.
Component Content
Select a component. Then you can set the component content on the right.
Setting Component Content
Displayed Content | Content Description |
Latest Announcement | The latest announcement is tiled by default in a bulletin board component. Click the announcement to open it in a pop-up window in which you can view its complete content. |
All | All announcements are listed by default in a bulletin board component. Click a certain announcement to open it in a pop-up window in which you can view its complete content. |
Publishing an Announcement
The displayed content of a bulletin board is the announcement manually published by the admin.
Log in to the decision-making platform as admin, choose System Management > Data Portal > Component Configuration, click Add Announcement, and select the target portal to create an announcement.
Note:
1. When editing an announcement, you need to tick the target portal. Unticked portals do not display this announcement.
2. You can input formulas in the content of an announcement in the Data Portal plugin V1.4 and later versions. Supported formulas are shown in the following table.

Latest Announcement
When previewing a data portal, you can view the latest announcement in the bulletin board component. After clicking it, you can view its complete content and switch to viewing historical announcements in a pop-up window.
All
When previewing a data portal, you can view all the historical announcements in the bulletin board component. Announcements are listed and ranked by publish time in reverse chronological order.
After clicking a certain announcement, you can view its complete content and click Back to switch to viewing the latest announcement in a pop-up window.
On Mobile Terminal
When previewing a data portal on mobile terminals, you can view the latest announcement scrolled horizontally in the bulletin board component. Click it to open the complete announcement in a pop-up window.
Click the View All Announcements button and you are redirected to the All page where you can view all announcements and click an announcement to view its detail.
Component Style
Bulletin Board supports two types of component style: Follow Theme and Custom.
1. Follow Theme: The component style completely follows the style of Portal Theme, allowing you to only determine whether to display the component title and set the title text.
2. Custom: The component style does not change as Portal Theme switches. The component style includes the component title, title text, title style, component background, and list colors.
List Colors can only be set in the component style when the component content is set to All.

Other Settings
Deleting a Component
Select a component and click the deletion icon to delete the component.
Adjusting a Component
Hover your cursor over a component, and drag the dotted box popped up to resize and relocate the component.
