Application Scenario
Custom Chart allows you to freely combine charts of different types and create required complex charts by the high flexibility.
To reflect the values of different indicators in the same dimension, you need to draw charts one by one, which is troublesome. In this case, you can combine multiple indicators in one chart by Custom Chart, enhancing the chart information density and saving working time.
For example, to present information as comprehensively as possible during profit analysis, you can show the profit situation of each province by Column Chart, the fact that whether the profit target has been achieved by Point, the difference between the achieved profit and the target profit by Area, and the actual sales and sales target of each province by Line. This facilitates easy comparison, as shown in the following figure.
Implementation Method
When multiple indicator fields are dragged into the vertical axis in Custom Chart, the graphics can be set separately for each indicator, as shown in the following figure.

Note:
1. The graphic properties set in All apply to all indicators, and those set in the individual indicator only apply to that indicator.
2. For more details about graphic property settings, see Graphic Property.

Chart Feature
1. Advantage
Rich information: Different indicators can be displayed together to provide decision-makers with more insights.
Space-saving: More report space is freed up to display other data.
2. Disadvantage
Data congestion: Too much data specified by multiple indicators in a combination chart makes the chart too congested.
Information redundancy: The more the indicators are, the less able the decision-makers are to grasp the main information conveyed by the data.
