Adding the Data Desensitization Function

For most bank, securities, and government customers, sensitive information such as names, ID numbers, phone numbers, accounts, and addresses should be avoided when displaying data in templates. Therefore, Data Desensitization was added in FineReport for help.

Optimizing the Preview Only Function for Export Attributes

When clicking Template > Export Attributes, and clicking Excel or Word, you can select Edit Protection > Preview Only under Content Protection.

For versions before 11.0.13, the Preview Only protection is not foolproof, allowing for data to still be copied from exported files to new ones.

For versions 11.0.13 and later, the Preview Only function has been optimized, which means that copying cells is not supported for exported files.

Optimizing File Password Setting of Exporting Template

When exporting PDF and Excel files, you can set passwords for the files and worksheets. For versions before 11.0.13, passwords can only be set to a fixed value.

For versions 11.0.13 and later, Password supports formula was added under Common in Export Attributes.

After enabling it, you can set passwords for files and worksheets under the Excel, PDF, and Word tabs as formulas.

Optimizing Data Warning Settings

Data warnings can quickly expose problems to business personnel, but without follow-up measures, these problems may not be solved in a timely manner. When you create early warning, Person in charge and Resolution time were added.

In Decision-making Platform, Alert To-do Center was added. Person in charge can see to-do tasks and the admin can manage them.

File Dataset Supporting Multiple Sheets

To meet your needs of uploading multiple sheets through the file dataset, FineReport Marketplace has launched a plugin that supports multi-sheet Excel file dataset. Compared to regular file dataset, it supports the following features:

• Excel dataset support adding multiple sheets and merging them (vertically).

Optimizing Records and Presentation of Login and Logout Function

In fact, you may have multiple login ways besides logging in through the Decision-making Platform.

For security reasons, the system should assist the admin in managing and recording various login and logout behaviors in order to trace their usage.

1. In Intelligent Operations > Platform Log > User Behavior, the Login Logout list was added and Query supports filtering.

2. Optimize the scope of login and logout records, including: default login, cross-domain login, remote design connection, third-party login, and mobile login.

Optimizing Platform Log Permission Restriction

The Platform Log module monitors and analyzes various conditions of the system operation. The data displayed is sensitive and has high security requirements.

In Manage > Permission, the permission management of the Platform Log module has been separated from Intelligent Operations.

If the sub-administrator needs to have access to the Platform Log module, the super administrator should enable Intelligent Operations > Platform Log access permission.
