FVS Page Optimization
Optimization Item | Description | |
---|---|---|
1 | Visual dashboard framework adjustment | 1. The FVS component entry is relocated from the left of the canvas to the function bar in the top left corner of the canvas. 2. The hotkeys on the top toolbar are adjusted. · The Arrange and Delete buttons are removed. · Combine and Alignment (renamed Layout) have been moved to the right Layout Mode configuration panel, which only appear when multiple components are selected at the same time. After you click one option, the corresponding effect will appear immediately. · The Spacing function is added to the Layout Mode configuration panel. When you click one option in Spacing for three or more components selected at the same time, the corresponding effect will appear immediately. (The effect will not appear when two components are selected). 3. The Component Layer and Hotkey buttons have been moved from the left of the canvas to the bottom of the canvas. 4. Template Setting has been moved from Template > FVS Template Setting in the left corner of the designer to the top toolbar. For details, see FVS Page Overview. |
2 | Component classification change | 1. Components are classified into Chart, Widget, Other, and 3D. The original Text, Media, and Container have been merged into Other. For details, see FVS Component Overview. 2. The original Dropdown Box and Dropdown Checkbox widgets are merged into the current Dropdown Box widget. The original Radio Button Group and Checkbox Group widgets are merged into the current Button Group widget. The Dropdown Box and Button Group widgets are placed under Widget > List now. 3 | Interaction event page optimization | In the FVS V2.10.0 version, the interaction event configuration method has been adjusted to event configuration and execution action configuration. · You can add up to one After Initialization event/Edit End event, and multiple JavaScript execution actions. · You can add multiple Click events, for each of which multiple execution actions are configured. Note: Multiple click events configured in versions earlier than V2.10.0 will be converted into multiple events in V2.10.0 and later versions. Multiple animation effects configured in a 3D model animation event in versions earlier than V2.10.0 will be converted into multiple 3D model animation actions in the same event in V2.10.0 and later versions, with the action names consisting of the model animation and numbers that increase sequentially. For details, see FVS Component Interaction Attribute. |
4 | Built-in font optimization | In the FVS V3.0.0 version, the original built-in font files are large, which may cause heavy downloading and caching burdens. The built-in font files have now been optimized. If rare characters cannot be displayed in the FVS upgraded to V3.0.0 or later versions, decompress full.zip and place the complete font files obtained to webapps/webroot/WEB-INF/assets/fvs/fonts. (You need to manually create the fonts folder for the first-time use.) Then, restart the server. Font file: full.zip |
5 | Pagination bar thumbnail optimization | In the FVS V3.0.0 version, the canvas thumbnail size is fixed at 128 x 72 px in the PC editing mode and will not change with the canvas size. In the thumbnail, the full canvas content is displayed by the length of the canvas. |

Mobile Terminal
Re-layout Upgrade for FVS Mobile Terminals
The re-layout effect is upgraded to the flow layout effect for FVS mobile terminals by changing the function entry to Mobile Layout.
Both the editing and preview pages follow the flow layout rule (namely, what you see is what you get), better meeting the requirements of converting templates from PCs to mobile terminals and independently creating mobile templates.
The flow layout effect is mainly to solve the following re-layout problems:
1. When you directly convert a template from the PC to the mobile terminal, the sizes, margins, and orders of components cannot be freely adjusted, preventing the same template from being shared by both the PC and mobile terminal.
2. What you see on the designer editing page is what you preview in the browser, but is not what you get on the mobile terminal. After switchover to the mobile terminal in the plugin of the new version, you can perform mobile configuration and preview the display effect of the mobile terminal in the designer in real time.
For details, see FVS Mobile Layout.
Pinch-to-Zoom Configurable for Table Components on FVS Mobile Terminals
For preview on the mobile terminal, Preview Setting and Enable Pinch-to-Zoom are added on the Interaction tab page.
Enable Pinch-to-Zoom is not selected by default. After this option is selected, you can perform pinch-to-zoom during mobile preview.
