Setting Content
The New and Offline records of directories within the logged-in user's permission scope are displayed in a report dynamics component.
You can select the displayed content in the Data Portal plugin V1.3 and later versions.
New:

(1) A directory template is added under a directory node which the logged-in user has viewing permissions.
(2) The logged-in user's viewing permissions for a certain directory template are enabled.
Offline:
(1) A directory template is removed from a directory node which you have viewing permissions on display terminals (including PC terminals).
(2) The logged-in user's viewing permissions for a certain directory template which includes PC terminals in its display terminals are disabled.
Effect Display
On PC
When previewing a data portal, you can view the New and Offline records of directories in a report dynamics component.
You can quickly jump to view the content of directories with the New records.
Component Style
Select a component. Then you can set the component style on the right.
Report Dynamics supports two types of component style: Follow Theme and Custom.
1. Follow Theme: The component style completely follows the style of Portal Theme, allowing you to only determine whether to display the component title and set the title text.
2. Custom: The component style does not change as Portal Theme switches. The component style includes the component title, title text, title style, component background, and component icon.
For details, see Data Portal Style.
