Application Scenario
Partitioned column charts are column charts that display different indicators in the dimension bar in parallel, as shown in the following figure.
Basic Requirement
Basic requirements for the partitioned column chart are as follows.

Chart Feature
Advantage: Partitioned column charts can be used to compare the differences in data volume of different indicators across multiple dimensions.
Disadvantage: If there is a large amount of data in the dimension bar, the chart cannot bring out its best to visualize the data.
Example
Data Preparation
1. Log in to the system as the admin, click My Analysis, select a folder, and click New Subject, as shown in the following figure.
2. Click Local Excel and click Upload Data, as shown in the following figure.

3. After the data is uploaded, click OK.
Component Creation
1. Click Component in the lower left corner.
2. Click the Contrast Column Chart icon in Chart Type, and drag the Brand number and Sales date fields into the Horizontal Axis and the Sales and Gross profit fields into the Vertical Axis respectively.
3. Click the icon of the Sales date (year-month-day) field and select Year-Month from the drop-down list.
Component Beautifying
Color Setting
Drag the Indicator Name into the Color bar and click the icon to set the display color of columns.

Size Setting
Click the icon in the Size bar to adjust the width and size of columns.

You can also set the parameters of Label, Prompt, and Fine-grained. For details, see Graphic Properties.
Component Style Setting
Click Axis in Component Style and select Dashed Line from the drop-down list, as shown in the following figure.
You can also set the parameters of Legend, Grid Line, Background, Adaptation Display, and so on for the component. For details, see Chart Component Style.
Field Setting in Analysis Area
1. Click the icon of the Brand number field, select Set Category Axis from the drop-down list, set the Font Style to Custom and the font size to 14, and click OK, as shown in the following figure.
You can perform operations such as sorting, grouping, detail filtering, analysis area filtering, result filtering, axis settings, and so on in the field settings of the dimension bar.
2. Click the icon of the Sales (Sum) and Gross profit (Sum) fields respectively, select Value Format from the drop-down list, set the Quantity Unit to Million, and click OK, as shown in the following figure.
You can also set the parameters of Summary Mode, Quick Calculation, Value Format, Special Display, and Analysis Line for the chart.
